Product Support

Return Policy

OT Service offers a 15 day return period. We will provide you with full refund of the product's purchase price if you are not satisfied with the OPPO product(s) you purchased directly from us. Please note the following: 1) shipping costs are non-refundable 2) returns must be complete and in like-new condition 3) fees for missing item(s) will be deducted 4) damaged item(s) may be assessed a minimum 10% restocking fee. Also, personal items such as replacement ear pads cannot be returned for a refund. Applicable to purchases made from this online store only; if purchasing from a reseller, their return policy applies.

To return an OPPO product for refund, please contact us to obtain a RMA number and return instructions within 15 days of your order's ship date. When contacting us, please provide us with your order number for faster service. We would also appreciate any product feedback that you can provide us.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Northern California in the Bay Area. Orders for in stock items are normally shipped within 1 business day Monday-Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays) from the date the order is placed and payment is received. Orders pending security review may be delayed. For orders within the United States, we offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard - FedEx Ground Service (USPS First-Class mail for Disc & Remote Control orders) for estimated delivery in 1 to 6 business days* depending on distance from Northern California; about 1 business day within northern CA, 2 business days to CA, NV, OR, WA, & ID and 3 business days to MT, WY, CO, & AZ.   • USPS Priority Mail - Typically 2 to 3 postal days to major U.S. cities; Delivery date not guaranteed; can take up to 14 days. For customers shipping to PR and AFO.
  • Local pickup at Menlo Park - For customers in the San Francisco Bay Area wanting to pickup their orders directly from our office in Menlo Park. No shipping/handling charge. CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC: For safety reasons we are unable to offer local pickup at this time. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

*A business day is Monday through Friday except FedEx-observed holidays; no deliveries on Saturday/Sunday. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM PT to ship same business day.

Delivery Signature Requirement - Secure the delivery of your order at no additional cost (recommended if your area is affected by "Porch Pirates") by requesting a signature requirement during checkout. A delivery signature requirement may be added during fulfillment to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for any shipments stolen from you post-delivery.

Tracking your Shipment - On the day your order is shipped, an e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent to you. For more information regarding your order while it is in transit to you, please contact the selected carrier with the tracking number.

FedEx Delivery Manager - Orders shipped via FedEx can be tracked and managed via FedEx Delivery Manager. This service allows you to do things like customize delivery times, sign for a package remotely and even request a vacation hold. Click here to learn more.

Alternate Carrier - We’ve partnered with FedEx to reliably deliver orders usually without incident. However, no carrier is perfect – if UPS is a better choice for you please contact us to make special arrangements for the fulfillment of your order.

Miscellaneous

Shipping Box - Our product boxes* are designed to handle the rigors of being shipped, and the use of a strong and sturdy box combined with packing materials that are form fitted to each product means that you can expect your OPPO product to arrive safely. Because the product box was designed to function as the shipping box, there is no need for a separate shipping box. However, if you prefer, you can have your order double-boxed. Please note that this option will incur an additional handling fee & shipping charges to cover associated costs. This fee is non-refundable. Double-box My Order

*OPPO UDP-205, PM-2, PM-3, HA-2 and Sonica are exceptions - these products require a shipping box that is provided at no extra charge.

Accepted Payment Methods - We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept Discover Card. We also accept payment by check/money order (note: once we deposit your check, there is a 1 week hold before fulfillment). Selection of payment method is done during checkout.

Sales Tax - California sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to a California address.

International Orders

In addition to the U.S., we also ship to Canada and Mexico. Our products are not meant to be exported outside of North America and we cannot provide assistance nor export documents for taking product outside this region.

Region Restriction - Due to the region restriction of our Blu-ray Players (DVD Region 1, Blu-Ray Region A), we do not ship outside of North America. Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped via FedEx International Express service. Canadian customers can also choose USPS Express Mail International (EMI).

Import Costs - International customers are responsible for any import customs/taxes/duties/fees that may be levied on merchandise once it arrives in your country/region. Customs charges can vary widely from one country/region to another. If you are unsure, you should contact the customs agency in your country/region to find out if the items you are purchasing will be subject to customs or other fees.

Delivery Time - Delivery time via FedEx International can take 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time via USPS EMI varies between 4 to 15 business days and is typically handled by the local postal service in your country/region.
